Jesus said the greatest commandments were to "love God with all of your heart, soul and mind and to love your neighbor as your self".   Loving God starts with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  That relationship leads us to worship Him. 

As followers of Jesus our greatest joy is to worship Jesus in all we do and it fuels the mission of the church - to glorify Him as we Love, Learn, Serve and Reach.  Everyone has a deep rooted desire to be connected in an authentic relationship.  We love others as we share life and the love of Christ with each other.  You are invited to connect with others just like you at HLBC.

Worship is part of loving God...
Most people think of worship as a weekly gathering or an event.  But its much more than that.  It is a way of life.  We worship God when our lives humbly reflect His nature.  We worship Him when we acknowledge Him daily as creator, sustainer and provider of everything we are and all we possess. 

We also worship God when we gather together every week to praise Him for who He is and what He is doing in our lives.   At Hunsinger, weekly gatherings for worship are times to pray, proclaim, and sing of God greatness.  It is a rhythm of hearing and responding.   We hear from God fthrough the Bible,  prayer, music and preaching.  We respond with our hearts, our voices and the way we live our lives.

The music at HLBC is worshipful and diverse.   Our worship team is made up of very gifted singers and instrumentalists that blend a variety of music styles to help everyone engage in a time of Christ centered praise.
